Mr. Voraratana Nimboonchaj, Master Licensee

   

A graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, and Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University, Mr. Voraratana Nimboonchaj has worked in the field of financial and accounting, human resources, corporate affairs, administration and general management. Before embarking on a mission to motivate and mould business leaders to become more effective through his Personal Leadership coaching at Leadership Management International (Thailand) he worked for Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm, and SGS (Thailand) Limited, the world leader in inspection, testing and certification services, where he retired as Group Executive Director and CFO. At LMI Thailand, he brings in invaluable insights that he has experienced over the past three decades which help realize the true potential of the leaders he coaches.

Mr. Jumbhot Chuasai, Partner

As a gifted public speaker, motivator and an executive coach, Mr. Jumbhot Chuasai has worked for more than 10 years as a coach/facilitator in performance improvement with leading international corporations and local SME's in Thailand. An International Relations graduate from Brandeis University and Boston College, he worked for United Nations and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, before making his foray into Thailand and becoming one of the leading names in the corporate / personal leadership training. His translation of the New York Times best selling author Paul J Meyers, and Randy Slechta's "5 Pillars of Leadership" into Thai showcases his edge as an effective Translating author apart from being a Columnist. Along with his day to day activities as a leadership coach, he find time to do his share for the society, and been involved in  Rotary Bangkok, Ploenchit as its Past President, and in 2003 he walked alone on a pilgrim route from St. Jean Pied de Port in France to Santiago de Compostel in Spain, covering over 800 Kilometers in 27 days. He was able to raise fund to help 600 underprivileged people in rural Thailand to receive free cataract operations.

 
 

Mr. Salanroj Sutaschuto, Partner

 

An accomplished trade negotiator and product launch mastermind, Mr. Salanroj plays a pivotal role in molding the business leaders of corporate Thailand through LMI's unique leadership training programs. A Business Administration Graduate from Western Illinois University, Mr. Salanroj was involved in many ground breaking market events in Thailand like masterminding Hong Kong Trade Development Council's successful foray into Thailand, by overseeing it's brand positioning. He also served as the Executive Director of Thai – Hong Kong Trade Association, apart from his stints in SEGCO as its Director, and as the Managing Director of Asia Nexus Co., Ltd prior to becoming one of the most  noted Team dynamics trainer in Thailand

 

Mr. Brian Radomski , Partner

 

Brian Radomski brings an extensive operational background with outstanding results to his business partners. Previously, Mr. Radomski served as Director of Education for a North American consolidation company and most recently as Director of Operations for an IT company expanding from Canada to China. Since his move to Asia, Mr. Radomski has worked with many national and international companies experiencing rapid growth and operational change. Mr. Radomski’s high energy and vast knowledge in business development, client services, bottom line accountability and managing rapid growth in new markets blends perfectly with the offerings of LMI to insure his business partners achieve dynamic results. With Thailand as his base, Mr. Radomski works extensively with customers throughout Asia as well as Europe and North America.

 

Mr. Ben Sutarom, Partner

 

Ben Sutarom joins LMI (Thailand) in August 2010 as Partner / Licensee. He received his Bachelor and Master Degrees in Engineering from Chulalongkorn University. Ben has more than 10 years of experiences at management levels in one of the most leading companies where he implemented TQM Program in 1995 as a pilot project under theGovernment Program which was among the first in Thailand. He was a member of Technical Committee of the Thai Industrial Standard. Currently, he serves as a member of Subcommittee on labour at the National Human Right Commission. Ben has also been an executive for over 10 years at a German auditing and a US based business development consultancy firms. He has been working with high profile clients both from domestic and overseas, such as Mitsubishi, K Line, Yamaha (Thailand), YS Pund and Bridgestones. He is married, with two children.

 

Mr. Veerawong Pipithsuksunt, Partner

 

Veerawong received a doctorate degree in Business Administration from Ramkamhaeng University when he was 26 years old. He completed B.A. in Economics at Thammasat University with First Class Honour, M.A. in Business and Managerial Economics at Chulalongkorn University and M.B.A. from South East Asia University. Recently, he was certified a professional coach by International Coach Academy. Veerawong’s professional career began early. At 28, he found his own company, has been a mentor for entrepreneurs, Lean & TQM Consultant and Thailand Quality Award Specialist. He was also a part time trainer for a well known training organization before joining LMI on 1 January 2012. In addition  to his professional activities, Veerawong has been an active member of Rotary Club of Bangkok – Ploenchit, Business Network International (BNI) and Toastmaster International. He was at the present collaborating with Thai Health Foundation as Social Project Manager on Financial Literacy. In October 2011, he was selected as one of Thai youths to participate in The 38th ship for South East Asian Youth Program where activities are to strengthen mutual understanding among ASEAN member countries and Japan.

 

Mr. Savarat Srimanothip, Partner

 

As a gifted motivator, inspirer and a passionate teacher, Mrs. Savarat Srimanothip or as most students call her, Mrs. Sam has worked for more than 10 years as an English instructor, installing self-confidence in her students, while developing their potential and pushing them the farthest they can go. She has also worked as a marketing concept developer for the past three years until the present. At LMI Thailand, she brings in her experience of being a life-long teacher and her infinite positive energy to help develop teens into the future leaders they can be.<

 

Mr. Teerayuth Tantraphon, Partner

   

Mr. Teerayuth Tantraphon was awarded his BA. (Accounting) from Payap University and MBA (International Business Management) from Schiller-Stamford International University. He has broad expertise in overall management; Sales, Marketing, Credit, Collection, Risk, Customer Relationship and Information Technology with extensive experiences in business expansion, relationship management, enhancing working systems and team development. He has gained his experiences in Hire Purchase, Consumer Finance, Personal Loan and Credit Card from working in both Thai and International Organizations namely Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, GE Capital, Cetelem, KTB Leasing, Yanmar and Nissan. He is widely recognized as a natural strategic planner and visionary leader. At LMI Thailand, he brings in his valuable experiences in coaching people over 2 decades in developing teams to achieve their measurable results toward team goals.
